Our love of books is no secret . . . we have tons of books everywhere! The boys get to keep some in their rooms, but most are in bins on top of the play center. I saw Beau almost pull one of the full bins over on his head the other day, and I had visions of terrible injuries from those heavy books! Nana and Pops magically delivered a set of new bookshelves for my little readers! They were so happy to put all of their books on the shelves. Lincoln decided that we now have our own official Kuhlman Library!
We've had the bookshelves up for several days, and we've really been taking advantage of having access to all books at all times. Hooray! It's like they have discovered books they haven't seen in months! Since we now have several Ikea fabric storage bins that are empty, Lincoln had to find a fun way to use them . . . as headgear, apparently!
Of course, Beau had to do the same thing! He had a little trouble balancing his "hat", but he wasn't deterred!
We are loving our new library and the access to all our books instantly! They aren't even complaining each evening when they have to stack all of the books back in the shelves! We love our new library!
