Happy New Year!!! On January 1st, we slept in a little then made a yummy breakfast of eggs, bacon and waffles. Lincoln and Beau loved to play outside while the temps were mid-60s. Daddy and Mommy decided to have a date night to begin the new year and had so much fun at the movies watching The Wolf of Wall Street. Perhaps this movie date night thing could become more frequent because we really enjoyed our evening. It's fun to go to the movies as a family, but it's kind of nice to go just the two of us.
That nice warm weather changed fast during the night, and we woke up to freezing cold! The boys and I went shopping in the afternoon and had to take a Starbucks break to warm up with hot chocolate. They are serious about their Starbucks hot chocolate!
These two are loving all of their Christmas toys and can play for hours with their new stuff. I love to watch them use their amazing imaginations to utilize their toys to the fullest. The things they come up with are so funny! I can't wait to watch what they make up tomorrow . . .
