Crazy Boys!

It's October . . . and a cold front blew in after school . . . and it was time to play outside in Halloween shirts . . . how could life be more fun?!?!  Beau was crazy silly when asked to pose for a picture!  The excitement was just too much!  (We quickly cleaned our plates of baked fried chicken, broccoli and fruit so we could have maximum outside time!)
Thanks for a normal picture, crazy Beau!  Such a little ham!
Lincoln was pretty busy while Beau was being crazy, but he was nice enough to give a snaggle tooth cheese.
The real reason we were outside was to clean strollers.  We first cleaned our double jogging stroller to sell to another family.  We bought a new single jogging stroller this week, and they boys got really into cleaning it with Clorox wipes.  Beau will be the rider in the single stroller, and Lincoln will get to show off his super (non-training wheels) bike riding skills on a run soon.  Beau decided we were being Big Lou's car wash and assigned us all jobs to clean the strollers!
The neighbors sprinklers came on and the temptation to run through them was too much!  Beau was first and didn't love it as much as Lincoln told him that he would.
Lincoln loved it as much as he knew he would . . . he loves running through sprinklers!
Beau decided that he would just investigate the spray from the sprinkler head instead of running through the water.
Uh oh, the sprinkler system went to the next cycle, and Lincoln decided to get all the way wet!  He had a blast!
Super soaked and super happy!!!  It's not every night that Mommy lets boys go crazy, so it's super special!
Not surprisingly, the neighbor's sprinkler system shut off after 5 minutes on each cycle.  It wasn't all the way dark yet, and two super sweet kiddos were sure that they needed to do a little more sprinkler running and playing at our house . . . so we did!  Love those nights when fun just happens!  Thanks to Lincoln and Beau and a little water, it was a blast!
